Feb 20, 2024New Product Highlight: PHLster Enigma V2 - Pew Pew Tactical

PHLster’s Enigma design revolutionized concealed carry in 2020, and the holster maker is back again with an updated version aimed at improving the CCW experience.
The Enigma V2 boasts several enhancements aimed at elevating the carry experience. It builds on the original Enigma platform, meaning you can still carry concealed without a belt. (Leggings, skirts, dresses…you name it, are now viable!)
Though the original Enigma offered a Tegris-made faceplate, the V2 opts for a polymer blend faceplate with a textured surface. This texturing grips clothing, ensuring a more secure fit and less printing.
Another upgrade is the introduction of leg leash options. Previously, Enigma shipped a single-point leg leash that prevented extra movement of the holster when drawing. However, users expressed a desire for a little more, and PHLster responded by introducing two-leg leash options.
The single-point is still available but with an upgraded design that features softer webbing and an elastic insert. Meanwhile, the two-point fits similar to a step-in climbing harness and attaches at two points — the front faceplate and the belt in the back.
Those with more active lifestyles will appreciate the looser fit and the ability to work with leisurewear like leggings and yoga pants.
The Enigma V2 also boasts a new, patented quick-adjust buckle. This buckle allows for easy on/off and minimizes set-up.
Rounding out the improvements are softer webbing and comfier materials that feel and wear better.
The Original Enigma and V2 feature interchangeable parts, and even better, the setup instructions are the same. So, if you’re already used to the Enigma, there’s no learning curve.
PHLster offers both standard and light-bearing options and even a sport belt option for those who want a stretchy back panel that enhances comfort for all-day wear. All Enigmas purchased after March 3rd will automatically come with V2 upgrades.
The PHLster Enigma V2 Express (holster included) retails for $154, while the light bearing Express counterpart is priced at $194. The Enigma OS Standard (holster not included) retails for $93 while the light-bearing OS is $98.
